CLEARcash™ allows you to earn rewards for sharing your opinions and can be earned each time you complete a qualified survey. A CLEARcash™ point amount will be clearly stated in each survey invitation and will be reflected in the “Rewards” section of your personal myCLEARopinion™ Account.

100 points of CLEARcash™ currency is equal in redemption value to $1 U.S. Dollar and is, at this time, only redeemable as a gift card. If 1000 points of CLEARcash™ currency are earned, the amount will redeemed for a $10 USD gift card. You will be sent to a site run by Virtual Rewards to select and redeem your gift card.

• Amazon.com
• Best Buy
• CVS/pharmacy
• Lowe's® (only available for rewards of $10 or more)
• The Home Depot (only available for rewards of $10 or more)

Virtual Rewards also offers a charity donation selection if you wish to donate your CLEARcash rewards to a charity. Depending on the gift card selection, that can be issued as an electronic (virtual) gift card, an account credit (as with the Amazon selection) or, in some instances, a physical gift card. Once redeemed, gift cards are typically valid for 1 to 3 months after selection. ONCE GIFT CARDS EXPIRE, THE CANNOT BE EXTENDED. Please check the use by dates of the gift card selection you make and be sure to use the card by that date. We are unable to extend the "use by" date.

CLEARcash™ is redeemed once every month based on the redemption Calendar dates listed below and only when your account has reached a CLEARcash™ minimum of 500 points. Accounts that have not reached the CLEARcash™ minimum will roll-over, in full, into the next redemption period. CLEARcash™ can be redeemed for the accumulated value and your total points will be returned to zero (0) provided you have met the minimum redemption requirement.

The CLEARcash™ redemption Calendar dates are:

• Points earned in January will be processed for redemption in the first week of February
• Points earned in February will be will be processed for redemption in the first week of March
• Points earned in March will be will be processed for redemption in the first week of April
• Points earned in April will be processed for redemption in the first week of May
• Points earned in May will be processed for redemption in the first week of June
• Points earned in June will be processed for redemption in the first week of July
• Points earned in July will be processed for redemption in the first week of August
• Points earned in August will be processed for redemption in the first week of September
• Points earned in September will be processed for redemption in the first week of October
• Points earned in October will be processed for redemption in the first week of November
• Points earned in November will be processed for redemption in the first week of December
• Points earned in December will be processed for redemption in the first week of January

At this time, a panelist can't request payment of CLEARcash rewards.

All rewards are processed monthly for the previous month's point accrual. It can take up to 5 to 7 business days to process the rewards before payments are sent. Payments will be sent from Virtual Rewards (Virtual Incentives) to your registered email address. The email will contain a link where you can access the Virtual Rewards website to select your gift card. The link provided in the redemption email to claim the gift card expires after 6 months. 

All myCLEARopinion™ panel members who do not qualify for completion of an offered survey will be entered into a monthly drawing for the opportunity to win a $100 gift card. One gift card will be awarded per month and will be sent independently from the CLEARcash™ rewards.

*All CLEARcash™ account balances that don’t meet the minimum redemption requirements will roll-over to the next redemption period until the minimum redemption requirements are met. Minimum redemption requirement is 500 points of CLEARcash™ currency which is equal in redemption value to a $5 gift card.

*Gift cards will be sent via e-mail containing a link that will send you to a site run by Virtual Rewards where gift card selections can be made and claimed.

*The monthly drawing winner will be notified by e-mail. Drawing winners are required to respond to the e-mail notification within a specified time and provide any information requested in the e-mail notification or another winner will be selected.

*To earn the points for any survey, please make sure to answer all questions honestly and do not rush through the survey. Machines, scripts, tampering with survey links or automated services used to accumulate monies or to earn rewards are strictly prohibited. Improper responses, speeding, or use of automated programs can result in forfeiture of all earned monies, points or incentive rewards.

*CLEARcash™ account totals are subject to adjustment by myCLEARopinion™ / Clear Seas Research for activity that has been deemed in violation of the rules or deemed fraudulent. Members may not be notified of any such adjustments. myCLEARopinion™ reserves the right to disqualify any member/participant from receiving monetary rewards, points or payments if it is determined that any rules have been violated or Member has misrepresented himself/herself.
